How do you allocate a territory to me?
We don’t! Most of our franchisees want to operate near to where they live, so we let you choose an extensive territory from the postcode areas that are still available.
How will I know where potential customers can be found?
As part of your franchise package, you'll get a comprehensive database listing the businesses in your area plus a CRM system with which to manage your contacts.
If I work all day, will I have to use my evenings to do lots of paperwork?
No, we have a highly sophisticated online admin system that automatically produces invoices and client management information that will ensure you keep up with Eastenders.
Do I need any premises?
No, just a home, the business toolkit supplied by spoton.net and ICT connections in your home office.
Is this business suited to men, women or couples?
Definitely. It's great for anyone of any age or background who enjoys getting out and meeting people and not being stuck behind a desk.
How can I be certain that it’seeze has no direct competition and is as good as you say it is?
By visiting our head office and seeing it in action at a 'breakthrough' meeting. We'll give you references from some of our franchisees – the guys and gals who are meeting potential clients and reviewing the competition every day. Once you get started, we'll set you a challenge: if you can find a system that even equals it’seeze – never mind beats it – then you must call us instantly. The phone has never rung.
How many clients can I take on in a month?
How much drive and ability do you have? Can you beat 11? That's the current record, although we regularly see between five and ten sites achieved in a month. This is why the it’seeze system and spoton.net business model are unique – most web developers (including other web franchises) would be happy if they made one or two sales a month – but it’seeze is not only a fantastic website package but it's affordable too.
Will I have to pay ongoing royalties?
Nope, no royalties, just a small, capped monthly management fee of £100, and you won't even pay that until four or five months after starting. Unlike other franchise companies who apply royalties or a high monthly management fee, we have complete faith in our product and our franchisees' ability to take on new customers. We profit only from supporting our franchisees to make their profits, which is how it should be.
